Holy Spirit White Maxi Skirt

Our "Holy Spirit" Skirt is a one-of-a-kind translucent/sheer white with polka dots and a peplum type bottom, including a solid white under skirt. The top has a ruched 4-inch waist, with a cinch tie ending in silver flower beads, that you can fold over to secure the skirt.
